New Year,New Me,New Challenges

  WOW, Happy New Year,

As always my year starts off with good intentions and new years resolutions.
We all want to be healthier,thinner,more active etc,etc,and etc........
But I never never follow through in the long run.
What can I do to make it different this year, so that I  will stick to my plans,goals and be happy???
Well, I have no answers to that, but I will give it my very best and begin today.

1. The big " D" Diet.....no more sugar,chocolates, cakes,candies and all the feel good goodies
2. The big " F" Fitness......hello treadmill,weights,stability ball and sore muscles
3. Taking a photo a day ......I missed this the most, after I finished my 365 project, I stopped taking
     photos.          
I do want to start with my new journal book I am visualizing in my head right now. It is going to be beautiful, just have to find the start button.
Next step is cleaning and sorting my pantry,out with the temptations, in with the healthy goodies.
I will post my progress here!
Let's bring is on 2012....I am ready
